On the threshold of 30, PENNY is underpaid, over worked, and engulfed in Telemarketing Limbo. Her empowerment comes from her poetry, the unpublished volumes of which probably tower over her petite frame. Yes, this Bard's "less traveled road" is paved in the quicksand with overdue bills. But passion, like coffee, is a powerful, legal drug best served in the company of her faithful friends and loved ones.

Solidly sculpted in both body and soul, WANDA is Penny's statue of liberty; her earthy voice of reason is not above suggesting bogus excuses so that penny may seek less nauseating employment, After all, Wanda runs her own shop, and Penny is her main girl.

This flabby bellied man called WADE is Penny's partner in passion and impractical pursuits. As frustrated a photographer as she is a poet, Wade would much rather shoot endless rolls of his beloved Penny than endlessly having to turn out stock wedding and baby pictures.

She is the Princess of Plastic; the Queen of her Corporate Kingdom; and Head Bimbo of Telemarketing Limbo. KIM is unequivocally Penny's arch-enemy, main target of seering sarcasm, and fail-proof barometer for all things phoney and infuriating.
